ImportantHow to customize the ecosystems shown in the Report

• Update the ecosystem_source section in the config/country_config.yaml file.
  • data: the URL of the GeoJSON file containing the ecosystems data.
  • ecosystem_name_column: the name of the column containing the ecosystem names.
  • ecosystem_code_column: (optional) the name of the column containing the ecosystem codes.
  • functional_group_column: (optional) the name of the column containing the functional group codes.

ImportantHow to customize the Home page

• To update:
  • the report’s title, edit the book.title value in the _quarto.yml file.
  • the report’s version, edit the version value in the _quarto.yml file.
  • the report’s authors, edit the authors list in the index.qmd file.
  • the report’s year, edit the year value in the index.qmd file.

Important

To hide these instructions on all pages, set show-instructions: false in the _quarto.yml file.
